Core Settings

App Identity

• Name: Appears in your live app's header
• URL: Defines your app's web address
• Primary Email: Serves as your app's official sending email address for all communications
• Technical Contact Email: Email address that will receive any technical notifications from Knack that may impact the app

Email Communications

The primary email address is used for:

• System notifications and alerts
• Password reset communications
• New user approval workflows
• Automated email rules (can be overridden with custom "From" addresses)

Note: Your app's primary email address acts as the default sender for all automated communications unless specifically configured otherwise in email rules.

For Email Rules, this can be overwritten by adding a different "From" address in the rule.
