Troubleshooting Browser Issues
If you encounter issues in a supported browser:
- Clear your browser cache - Stored data may sometimes interfere with Knack functionality
- Disable browser extensions - Some extensions, particularly ad blockers or script blockers, may interfere with Knack
- Try a private/incognito window - This can help determine if the issue is related to browser settings or cache
- Update your browser - Ensure you're using the latest version of your browser
Mobile Browser Support
Mobile browsers have some limitations compared to desktop browsers.
Mobile Responsiveness
Knack provides tools and features to ensure your Live Apps look great and function properly on devices of all sizes, from desktop computers to smartphones.
What You'll Learn
You'll discover how Knack handles mobile responsiveness, what features are available to optimize your application for mobile users, and best practices for creating mobile-friendly Knack applications.
Mobile Responsive Design
Knack applications automatically adjust to different screen sizes through responsive design principles. This means your Live Apps will:
- Resize elements to fit smaller screens
- Stack elements vertically on narrow displays
- Adjust navigation menus for touch interfaces
- Scale text for readability across devices
Use the Quick View mode to test how your app will appear on different screen sizes
