Account Cancellation Process

The Knack team feels a pang of sadness whenever a customer decides to part ways, as each departure represents the end of a unique partnership. Nonetheless, we want to assure you that we respect your decision, and if you ever wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time.

Warning: Please note that when you choose to delete your account, this will lead to an immediate removal of the account and all the data in it. This action cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

  1. Log in to your Knack Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Select the Management tab
  4. Click the "Delete Account" button
  5. Confirm your decision

Important Considerations

For security purposes, we are unable to delete your account on your behalf. You will need to take this action yourself from the Knack Dashboard.

Alternative Option: Freezing Your Account

If you're not ready to permanently delete your account, consider freezing it instead. Freezing your account:

  • Preserves all your apps and data
  • Costs significantly less than a full subscription
  • Allows you to reactivate your account later if needed

This option can be accessed from the Account Settings: Management page in the Dashboard.


Note: Freezing your account may be a better option if you anticipate needing your Knack apps again in the future.
