HIPAA Core adds:

Scheduling and payments are HIPAA Core features. If your app needs patient self-booking or in-app payments, plan for HIPAA Core rather than HIPAA Starter.
Trials and HIPAA Plans
There's no self-serve trial for active HIPAA plans. You can get a 14-day free trial of the standard Knack platform without HIPAA, and the Knack team will walk through your use case and provide a guided demo.
Do not upload PHI during a trial. A trial account is not covered by a BAA and does not meet HIPAA compliance standards. Only upload PHI once you're on a HIPAA plan with a signed BAA in place.
